Konker is working with a residential design practice that is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their growing team, supporting the delivery of high-quality residential working drawing packages for leading national and regional housebuilders. They work with some of the UK''s major developers and pride themselves on delivering accurate, responsive and thoroughly considered design packages.The Role: Architectural Technician You will be responsible for producing detailed construction and working drawing packages for residential developments, including:Standard and bespoke housing typesApartment / flat schemesTechnical detailing and construction packagesWorking closely with volume housebuilder clientsAbout You: Architectural TechnicianMinimum 5 years'' experience in residential working drawings / technical deliveryStrong experience working with volume housebuildersKnowledge of both standard and bespoke house / flat designExcellent technical detailing and construction drawing abilityProficiency in AutoCADRevit experience beneficial but not essentialWhat''s on offer:Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 depending on experiencePerformance Bonus: Annual Christmas bonusHoliday: 20 days + bank holidays plus Christmas shutdown (normally 3 additional days)Hybrid Working: After successful completion of 4-month probation (2 days WFH)Opportunity to join a respected and growing residential design practice working with major UK developers For more information about this Architectural Technician ..... full job details .....
