You''ll make sure everything is accurate, deadlines are met, and management information is clear and meaningful.Beyond the numbers, you''ll also get involved in improving reporting packs, tightening processes, and supporting system changes as the finance function continues to develop. It''s a hands-on role that needs someone who enjoys structure but isn''t afraid to question how things are done and make improvements.The fiance team includes a Finance Manager, a transactional team, and in-house payroll, all based together in the Jesmond offices, just a short walk from the Metro.
