The Role: As Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for handling all pre- and post-cruise inquiries and correspondence from guests via telephone, email, or letter. You will have Previous experience working within a Customer Services environment and a proven track record in exceeding guest expectations. Minimum 12 months experience working in a Guest Service role within the travel industry is essential to be considered for this role.
