Sounds great, what will I be doing? The role empowers service users to manage their wellbeing, build independence, and achieve personal goals through tailored support and co-produced plans. It involves liaising with external agencies, facilitating group and community-based activities, and promoting social inclusion. The position ensures users understand and engage with the service, while actively monitoring safety and wellbeing.
