The Person:

• Relevant-Level 3 Engineering qualification-or recognised, standards-based time served apprenticeship.
• Relevant experience within a-fast-paced manufacturing environment-and-Site Services Role
• Experience with refrigeration, compressed air and vacuum systems
• Pipefitting-and-Welding-experience would be an advantage-
• Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office family of products
• Experience of Maintenance Management Systems & software.
• Asset management knowledge

The Role:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance: Ensure planned maintenance is carried out in line with the site schedule.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure tasks are completed with little to no impact on operations.
• Process Capability: Establish capability of all site services processes and follow statistical process controls to monitor and ensure processes are stable and deliver products that meet customer specifications.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve standards set by facilitating and executing 8 Step Practical Problem Solving or other appropriate KPS methodologies within the site maintenance team.
• Communication: Liaise with Engineering colleagues on a regular basis to communicate equipment status, performance against the required schedule.
• Manage Health and Safety: Ensure all engineering work carried out in the value stream meets the requirements of Quality, Safety, Health & Environment policies & procedures.
• Document Standard Work & Standard Confirmation: Ensure documents are up to date and that reflect the preventive maintenance (legionella, daily checks, site compliance)

This role is working a-Panama shift pattern, Days only,

The salary is between--50,000pa -52,000pa-dependant on skills and experience.
