What You''ll Do: Lead and coordinate the school''s SEND provision in line with the SEND Code of Practice Oversee the creation, review and implementation of EHCPs and support plans Work closely with teachers to embed high-quality, inclusive classroom practice Line-manage support staff and contribute to ongoing training and development Build strong relationships with parents, carers and external agencies Coordinate intervention strategies and monitor the impact on pupil progress Support safeguarding and wider pastoral initiatives where required Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities ?
