Brownlee Cale require a Freelance Site Manager for two weeks holiday.-

You will be required to be available for the full two weeks, and hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification.

Duties will include:

• Plan and coordinate site activities to ensure the project runs on time and within budget.

• Manage subcontractors and labour, ensuring work is completed to the required standards.

• Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain compliance with all site policies.

• Monitor progress and report regularly to project stakeholders.

• Oversee quality control and resolve any on-site issues or defects quickly.

Both CIS and Umbrella PAYE working.
