Due to continued expansion, we''re recruiting an experienced General Operative to join our Chesterfield based client. The focus of this role is to complete all General Operative tasks to a high standard, by constantly challenging the status quo and be at the forefront of evolution, continuous improvement, quality and health, safety & welfare.

Duties:

• Ensure area is prepared for start up to include correct labels and packaging.
• Ensure quality guidelines are followed for all areas.
• Work within the ethos and standards of the company.
• Work in all areas of the factory.
• Keep good housekeeping standards in all areas.
• Keep up to date knowledge of all products.
• Ensure waste is discarded in appropriate manner.
• Follow work instructions in all areas.
• Ensure you comply with Health & Safety regulations.
• Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management.

Requirements:

• Customer focused attitude.
• Team player who will work with others to achieve company goals.
• Good eye for detail.
• A willingness to learn and develop as the department expands and the ability to work on their own initiative is essential.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Days & Afters, 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm.-

Salary: -13.12 per hour including shift allowance + overtime.-

This is a Full time, Permanent position.-
