Location: Gloucestershire Start Date: 30th December Pay Rate: £14.01 per hour Contract: Temporary About the Role We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and adaptable Multi-Site Relief Care Workers to join Gloucestershire County Council''s Adult Social Care in-house services. As part of our flexible staffing team, you will work across multiple sites to support existing care teams and ensure continuity of high-quality care for vulnerable adults. You will deliver person-centred care with kindness, dignity, respect, and professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities Support individuals with day-to-day living according to their care plans, including personal care. Work across various Adult Social Care in-house services to supplement staff teams when required. Undertake delegated tasks from Senior staff including Team Leaders, Managers, and Rehab Officers. Promote health, wellbeing, safety, and dignity for all individuals in your care. Work flexibly across a variety of shift patterns including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Maintain accurate written and verbal records and report changes or concerns promptly. Follow all GCC policies, procedures, health and safety instructions, and risk assessments. Identify and report safeguarding concerns in line with legislation and guidance. Participate in supervision, appraisal, and ongoing training as required.
