This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering essential refurbishment and maintenance works that improve lives and communities.Client DetailsOur client is a Tier 1 Contractor with a heavy presence in the Social Housing sector, they are committed to delivering high quality maintenance solutions for housing providers and local authorities with the goal of improving communities.An opportunity has opened up for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our clients growing team, working on Social Housing contracts across Merseyside.DescriptionManage all commercial aspects of assigned Social Housing projectsEnsure cost control, accurate reporting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycleSupport procurement of subcontractors and manage subcontract accountsWork closely with site teams and clients etc to ensure value for money and contract compliancePrepare valuations, variations, and final accountsContribute forecasting, budgeting and monthly reportingSupport and mentor junior members of the commercial teamProfileProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior/project levelStrong understand and experience within Social Housing refurbishment or maintenance contractsExcellent commercial awareness and negotiation skillsDegree-qualified in Quantity SurveyingJob OfferCirca 65,000 annual salary 6,000 car allowanceCirca 10% annual bonus25 days annual leave + BH and option to buyCompetitive pension schemeFlexible agile ..... full job details .....
