We require a quick thinking, hungry, ambitious, determined individual with natural sales abiltity to match-candidates with suitable job openings for both permanent and-temporary positions. Acting as a-bridge between employers and job seekers, utilising-their expertise to find the right talent for the right roles.-This role requires strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.-
Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Assessment:
Screening applications, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates to ensure they meet the client''s requirements.-

Matching Candidates to Roles:
Matching suitable candidates with job openings based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.-

Negotiation and Offer Management:
Negotiating salaries and job offers on behalf of candidates and clients.-

Market Knowledge:
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.-

Sales and Business Development:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base.-

Networking:
Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts within the industry.-

Client Relationship Management:
Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.-

Candidate Sourcing:
Identifying, attracting, and evaluating potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking.-
