Job Summary In Bury St Edmunds, UK, we are a young but progressive project with high ambitions.We are looking for a talented and passionate Cdp to join our team. The selected person will collaborate to ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and meet the restaurant''s standards.You will need to be willing to learn, as good presentation skills are necessary and it is important to enjoy interacting with the public.Find out more about us at Position Description: - Oversee daily production, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.- Manage inventory and ingredient procurement, ensuring efficient use of resources.- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef of the culinary team to align the kitchen offering with the restaurant''s overall vision.- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen. General Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year''s experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and fine dining/gourmet restaurants. or 3 AA Rosette experience.- Ambitious individual within the scope of their work.- Academic training in cooking and a deep understanding of pastry making is preferred.- Creative skills and attention to detail.- Communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. Benefits: - 3 consecutive days off per week.
