Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer with deep expertise in cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, and DevOps engineering. In this role, you will contribute to building and operating a strategic platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) that supports next-generation digital services aligned with the organization''s long-term technology vision.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in GCP infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, service mesh technologies, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure as code, along with a strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset focused on reliability, scalability, and security.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Platform EngineeringArchitect, implement, and maintain highly resilient, scalable, and secure Kubernetes environments on GCP.Engineer and optimize Kubernetes infrastructure supporting multi-tenant workloads.Ensure strong resource isolation, operational scalability, and high availability across cloud environments.Kubernetes and Service MeshManage and operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters.Implement service mesh technologies such as Istio or Anthos for secure service-to-service communication.Configure Istio telemetry, sidecar injection, and mTLS enforcement.Security and GovernanceImplement strong security controls including:OPA Gatekeeper policiesFine-grained RBACmTLS encryptionSecure service mesh configurationsApply least-privilege access principles and cloud security best practices.CI/CD and AutomationBuild ..... full job details .....
