This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for someone who thrives on making a real difference to children who need additional support with their learning and emotional development.The Role: Deliver targeted interventions for pupils with additional needs Support children with a range of SEN, including speech and language difficulties, autism, and learning delay Work 1:1 and in small groups to develop confidence, engagement and academic progress Use visual timetables, structured routines and personalised strategies Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and independence Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to monitor progress and adapt support plans Create a calm, inclusive environment where all learners feel safe and supportedThe Ideal Candidate: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Experience supporting pupils with SEN (ASD, communication needs, developmental delay) Confident delivering interventions in literacy and numeracy Calm, ..... full job details .....
