What You''ll Be Doing:Delivering expert HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.Managing end-to-end employee relations cases, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.Coaching managers to build confidence and capability in handling people matters.Leading or supporting people-focused projects and contributing to strategic HR initiatives (approx. 20% of the role).Monitoring HR KPIs and contributing to board reporting and continuous improvement.Acting as HR lead on interview panels and advising on selection processes.
