Plumber - Voids Programme

We are currently recruiting for 3 experienced Plumbers to work on a long-term voids contract.

This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term, secure work with a well-established programme expected to run for approximately 4 years.

• Working on void properties
• Duties include:
  • Bathroom installations and repairs
  • Kitchen works
  • General plumbing maintenance
  • Soldering work
• 40 hours per week

• Time Served Plumber
• Valid CSCS or JIB Card
• Must be confident carrying out soldering work

• Company van provided
• Fuel card provided
• Face fit testing and competency certificates organised in-house
