The Role We are seeking a friendly, motivated Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team with day-to-day customer inquiries and orders. Support the development of relationships with new and existing clients Process orders, manage stock, and maintain accurate sales records. Assist in preparing sales reports and monitoring market trends. Represent the brand positively at events or when liaising with clients. Prepare and send Coffee Samples to prospective new clients Support with preparation of events, merchandise, etc Daily Update of CRM Identify and contact potential new clients via email and telephone and follow up on samples sent Support with admin tasks as needed Assist with marketing, presentations, social media, branding, and advertising About You Passionate about coffee and delivering excellent customer service.
