Nomad is searching for a Chef de Partie for the upcoming festive/busy season and beyond.The successful candidate will have worked in similar high-end and premium restaurant kitchen environments, now keen to progress in a thriving city centre restaurant and bar, under the vision and leadership of acclaimed Head Chef Lali Suto. The candidate must have experience running and managing his/her own section in the kitchen.Nomad is a dynamic, personable andflavour-first dining and drinking experience set in the heart of Cardiff. Changing monthly, our menu brings together exciting global flavours, specialising in plates, handmade pasta and topped flatbreads. Our drinks offering is led by a selection of bespoke cocktails, draught beer, and an extensive wine list.
