The company is a medium-sized main contractor undertaking projects in general build sectors, including new build steel frame warehouses, schools, residential, and commercial units. The company has doubled in size over the last 12 months due to successful tendering and has a healthy pipeline of work for 2026.The Opportunity

We are seeking a Contracts Manager with proven experience across various sectors. The role involves managing multiple projects (£1m - £10m) concurrently, overseeing contractual and operational aspects, and leading site teams including Senior Site Managers and Project Managers to ensure projects meet deadlines and standards.Project Types

Projects include new builds, refurbishments, and extensions across educational, residential, industrial, and healthcare sectors, including hospital ward refits.Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience managing projects from inception to completion, with skills in programming, site operations, and client communication. They must demonstrate leadership, safety adherence, and organizational skills, with a proven track record and longevity with previous employers. Managing subcontractors on-site is essential.Skills and Experience
