Role

As a Design Manager, you''ll be at the heart of the project team, leading the design process from pre-construction through delivery. You''ll ensure that design intent is achieved while balancing innovation, quality, and buildability.

Take ownership of the design coordination process across multiple disciplines.

Work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to drive design excellence.

Identify and resolve design risks while ensuring compliance with budget and programme.

Support the bid and tendering process with innovative design solutions.

Champion collaboration and inspire a culture of best practice across the team.

About You

Proven experience as a Design Manager within main contracting or design and build environments.

A strong portfolio of high-value residential and/or commercial projects in London.

Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to influence and inspire at all levels.

A sharp eye for detail with the ability to balance creativity with practical buildability.

Ambition, energy, and a passion for delivering exceptional design outcomes.
