With strong customer service, the consultant will complete the registration process for all candidates and provide completed registration documentation to the recruitment administrator to record and file effectively. Key Responsibilities: Conduct candidate searches through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking. Screen and assess candidates for their suitability for various roles. Schedule and conduct candidate interviews and assessments. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. Follow processes and legislation to remain complaint. Remain up to date with knowledge of the recruitment industry through research and training. Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to. Stronger Together ambassador. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, when required. Action temporary booking requests from clients. Maintain and nurture long lasting relationships with clients. Support the business with the on-call temp hotline. Any other reasonable request which the business may require, example: keeping the office clean ensuring a nice working environment.
