Our client is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor at either Senior Associate/Legal Director or Partner level to join the growing employment practice, focusing on both the public and private sectors. The role will involve handling a variety of employment matters, and working closely with a Senior Partner and the national employment team.Provide legal advice on a range of employment matters including contracts, policies, and workplace procedures.Advise on a variety of redundancy programs, disciplinary investigations, flexible working arrangements, parental rights, and grievance processesRepresent clients across a variety of employment tribunal cases, drafting responses, handling disclosures, and preparing witness statementsAdvise on employment law aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE transfers, indemnities, warranties, and due diligenceDeliver training sessions for clients on employment law updates, compliance, and bespoke workshops tailored to their needs.On offer is the opportunity to join one of the most successful employment firms in the UK, which can offer a fantastic broad range of clients, excellent benefits package and salary as well an award-winning culture.
