PAYROLL TEAM LEADER - -35,11645,413 per annum- CB3

Based: Cambridge CB3- HYBRID - in the office x2 days Mon, Tues / WFH x3 days Weds, Thurs, Fri

10 Month FTC

• Busy high volume payroll

• 24,000 employees (weekly, fortnightly and monthly)
• Part of a payroll team of 13
• Must be able to calculate gross to net calculation - will be a test! - this has been pen and paper with a calculator!
• Payroll Admins do majority of the processing - this role supports them, supervises, picks up complex issue
• Check in to run soe of the smaller payrolls themselves
• Everything run in house from start to finish
• Either a good Senior payroll Admin or ideally someone with some supervisory or management experience
• Use Midland iTrent - will be moving to Oracle - either system would be a bonus
