Pastoral Support Officer
About the role: Be a key member of the pastoral team championing behaviour, wellbeing and engagement for learners who need an extra boost. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 mentoring, restorative conversations and daily check-ins Track behaviour, rewards and interventions and report impact to Heads of Year Liaise with parents/carers and external agencies where appropriate Support small-group programmes on self-regulation and resilience Requirements: Experience in youth work, mentoring or pastoral roles Calm, consistent approach with strong relationship-building Sound understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality What We Offer: CPD via our partnership with the National College Supportive leadership and clear systems A chance to make a measurable impact in a secondary setting Apply: Send your CV to or call (option 3). ..... full job details .....
