Cyber Essentials - Information Security Assurance Compliance Analyst - StaffordshireDo you love security, assurance, compliance, and auditing? A brand-new role for an experienced Information Security Compliance Assurance professional to join a small, growing team. If you want to make a real impact by strengthening security, protecting data, and driving compliance across an organisation, this role is for you.Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for assurance and compliance within the organisation and act as the go-to for audits, assessments and compliance checks.Keep policies and the Cyber Risk Register up to date; ensure that all sites in scope adhere; identify gaps and work on solutions.Lead on third-party supply chain reviews, and prepare the business for certifications.Run engaging training sessions to keep compliance front of mind.Manage penetration testing with external providers; support IT audits and investigations.Work closely with internal teams to identify and close compliance gaps.Ideally have experience in OT - Operational Technology environments, in addition to reviewing IT, OT and Cloud platforms.Qualifications

Solid experience in assurance, compliance, or audit.Strong knowledge of UK data protection, including GDPR.Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST or Cyber Essentials is essential.Sharp eye for detail and the confidence to influence change across teams.Experience in OT environments is desirable.Additional information
