Carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant propertiesPerform day-to-day maintenance and repair work on propertiesEnsure Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all timesDeliver a first-class repairs service with good customer careQualifications

Relevant qualification in your primary tradeOne or more secondary trades is desirableExcellent customer care and admin skills; enjoy working with people and solving problemsIdeally strong plumbing experienceBenefits
