We''re currently looking to appoint a Legal Accounts Assistant to join a well-established and busy legal finance team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity ideal for someone with a background in legal finance or similar sector who is looking to contribute to a dynamic and client-focused firm.In this role, you''ll handle a broad range of finance tasks, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in line with current regulatory standards. Day-to-day, your duties will include managing client and office accounts, processing payments and receipts, handling bank reconciliations, and preparing regular finance summaries. You''ll also be involved in reviewing financial documentation for property completions, issuing client invoices, and managing supplier payments.
