You will manage a full residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRe-mortgages and transfers of equityShared ownership and new build transactionsLease extensions and related mattersYou''ll work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors, delivering excellent client service and ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.About You

We''re looking for someone who is:Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (or has equivalent residential conveyancing experience)Confident handling their own caseload with minimal supervisionOrganised, proactive, and client-focusedA strong communicator, able to build lasting client and third-party relationshipsWhat We Offer
