We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and well-established food manufacturing business based in Shoreham-by-Sea. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for candidates who are reliable, motivated, and looking for long-term, full-time work on the night shift. While full training is provided, previous experience in food production, manufacturing or similar environments is preferred. As a Food Production Operative, you ll play a key role in the creation of high-quality food products. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing, crafting, and assembling food products using cutting, mixing, and production equipment Transporting products around the facility using trolleys Handling raw ingredients and ensuring they meet quality requirements Conducting product quality checks to maintain food safety standards Cleaning equipment and maintaining hygiene throughout the production area The working hours for this role are working on the night shift Sunday-Thursday 22:00pm-06:00am, the pay rate is £14.27 per hour.
