What We re Looking For: Experience supporting individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities is desirable; full training provided.Confident in managing behaviours that challenge, with understanding of PBS, de-escalation, or Team Teach principles.Calm, patient, adaptable, and empathetic.Relevant care qualifications are a plus, but willingness to work towards them is valued.
