This is a varied, hands-on role where collaboration and outcomes really matter.What you''ll be doing:Managing a caseload of adults with drug and/or alcohol needsAssessing, care planning and delivering structured 1:1 and group interventionsProviding practical harm reduction advice and guidanceDelivering structured treatment programmes to support recoveryWorking closely with partner agencies including Housing, Employment, Healthcare, Probation and CRCsContributing to performance targets and outcome measurement set by Forward and local commissionersWhat we''re looking for:A flexible, person-centred approach to recovery supportStrong partnership working skills and a collaborative mindsetWillingness to work occasional evenings/weekends (with reasonable notice) to ensure continuity of careIf you''re passionate about recovery and want to support people to move forward in Southend-on-Sea, we''d love to hear from ..... full job details .....
