Job Title: Multiskilled Joiner
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire (covering Hull, Goole, Cleethorpes, Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough & Doncaster)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Salary: is -32,864 with a Productivity bonus of up to -1500 per year and OOHs call out option - up to -9000 per year and company van

The Role

We''re seeking a Multiskilled Joiner to work on repairs and maintenance of social housing properties across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. You''ll carry out joinery repairs and installations, along with minor plumbing, electrical and general maintenance tasks, ensuring properties remain safe, functional and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, install and repair joinery components (doors, windows, skirting, kitchen units, staircases, etc.)
• Fit locks, handles, hinges and other fittings
• Undertake minor plumbing tasks (leaks, taps, fixtures)
• Complete maintenance requests within deadlines and keep accurate records
• Maintain safe working practices and support team needs

What We''re Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds in Joinery (or equivalent)
• Valid CSCS card
• Proven joinery experience (installation & repair)
• Basic plumbing & electrical knowledge
• Understanding of H&S regulations
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
