As the Health and Safety Officer, you will be responsible for the full site health and safety function - from strategic planning and policy development to hands-on safety audits and staff training.You''ll work closely with managers across operations, HR, and technical teams, providing advice, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a proactive safety culture. ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Senior team and Line Managers, providing them with expert advice and guidance, coaching and developing their knowledge on HandS Policies, Safe Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments.Work with the HR and Technical management teams to provide safety support in the various audits to which the company is exposed.Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.Prepare and enforce policies and procedure to establish a culture of health and safety.Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to company and ..... full job details .....
