Prospero Teaching are seeking experienced Lunchtime Supervisors to work across SEND and primary schools across Great Barr, Erdington, Kingstanding and Sutton Coldfield.

About the Role:
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and positive experience of our students during lunch breaks. You will support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities, helping to create a calm and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising pupils safely in the dining hall and outdoor areas
• Supporting children during lunch
• Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction
• Reporting any concerns to teaching staff promptly

What We''re Looking For:

• Patience, understanding, and a friendly approach
• Experience working with children, especially those with SEND, is desirable but not essential
• A minimum of 6 moths experience working in the UK
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Reliability and a caring nature

Hours:

• Lunchtime shifts, typically 12:00 pm - 2pm
