About the role The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective flow of materials and components into the business. Leading a team of Buyers based in Oldbury, the role oversees robust order and inventory management processes, drives reductions in supplier lead times, and supports the Procurement Manager in strengthening and developing the supply base. This position is pivotal to maintaining operational continuity.
