Home Care Assistant (-15.25 per hour)

Alcester Home Care Agency is recruiting dedicated Care Assistants-across Alcester, Stratford-upon-Avon, Henley-in-Arden, Bidford-On-Avon, Redditch, Evesham and surrounding areas.

This position is offered on a zero-hours contract, giving you flexibility around your home life while being part of a friendly and supportive team. We do have alternative contracts including, Guaranteed Hours Contracts, which can be discussed further during interview.

The Role

You will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity and comfort. This includes personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship and assistance with daily living activities. Building trusted relationships with clients and their families is central to what we do.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Class 1 business insurance (can be added to your policy)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A caring, compassionate and reliable nature
• Ability to meet training and compliance requirements
• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
