Are you an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative looking for a secure, full-time role where you can make a real difference? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and reputable housing association, working within a friendly and professional team maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces across Market Harborough and surrounding areas.

The Role

As part of the Grounds Maintenance team, you''ll play a key role in keeping communal and landscaped areas looking their best. Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Grass cutting (tractor and pedestrian)

- Strimming and brush cutting

- Hedge trimming and shrub pruning

- Planting, weeding, and weed control

- General estate upkeep including litter picking

This is a mobile role, so no two days will be the same.

What We''re Looking For

We''re seeking someone who is:

- A hardworking team player with a positive, can-do attitude

- Passionate about outdoor work and maintaining high standards

- Friendly and approachable with good communication skills

- Experienced in grounds maintenance and use of relevant machinery

- Health & Safety conscious

Essential:

- Full UK driving licence

- Ability to commute to Market Harborough

Desirable:

- Horticultural/gardening experience or qualifications

- PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates

What''s On Offer

- -28,512 annual salary

- Permanent, year-round employment

- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

Working Pattern

- Summer (March-November): 42.5 hours, Monday-Friday

- Winter (December-February): 32.5 hours, Monday-Thursday
