Resourcing Group is looking for a highly skilled Roofer with dual expertise in flat roofing (heat application) and pitched roofing (slate and tile). This role is essential for our high-standard maintenance and installation projects. We require a professional who is not only technically proficient but also meets strict safety and driving standards. Key ResponsibilitiesFlat Roofing: Expertly install and repair flat roofing systems using heat application (e.g., torch-on felt). CITB Standards must be followed for all hot works.Pitched Roofing: Full installation and repair of pitched roofs using slate and tile.Essential Lead Work: Carry out specialist lead work, including bossing, welding, and fitting flashings around chimneys, valleys, and adjoining walls.Inspections and Maintenance: Diagnose leaks, inspect roof timbers, and perform reactive repairs to ensure structures remain watertight.Requirements and QualificationsTechnical Experience: Proven experience in both flat (heat applied) and pitched roofing is mandatory.
