This team is made up of experienced recruiters with full support from our Delivery function and Consultancy Enableis, enabling you to accelerate your billings and become a market leader in the industry.The role

Reporting directly into a Managing Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in resourcing candidates for our clients and developing new client relationships. You will grow your network of candidates within your specialist vertical market and stay up to date with current trends. You will think creatively for sourcing strategies and utilise internal technology to maximise efficiency. There is opportunity to develop mentoring and leadership skills by supporting junior colleagues with day-to-day recruitment and delivering training sessions. You will work alongside internal Account Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish for roles you deliver on.Key responsibilities

Development of accounts into key accountsSearching for suitable IT candidates who match clients’ requirementsHeadhunting and networking on sites such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack OverflowWriting and posting job advertsTelephone interviewing candidates to assess suitabilityArranging interviews and liaising with candidates during this timeMaking job offers and handling rejectionsTaking references and collating relevant supporting documentsBuilding relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipelineUsing social media to build a personal brandStaying up to date with trends within the Tech industryBuilding relationships with existing and future clientsUtilising internal tech such as SourceWhale, LinkedHelper and PaigerEnsuring data is accurately recorded on CRMAttending meetings with clients to explore opportunitiesNegotiating fees and terms of engagementKey skills and capabilities
