Performance Marketing and Social Media Manager – Part Time (Fashion)About SRVC StudioSRVC is a womenswear brand based in London, known for directional design, premium materials, and a focus on cultural relevance.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a versatile Performance Marketing and Social Media Manager who can lead our paid digital campaigns and manage our organic social media presence end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for driving traffic, conversions, and brand engagement across channels, working closely with our content agency to deliver high-quality creative.This is an
in-office role based in our London studio .Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance MarketingPlan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads.Develop and manage budgets, bids, and audiences to deliver efficient ROAS.Create performance reports, analysing KPIs and identifying growth opportunities.Collaborate on adapting creative assets for performance channels and testing messaging and targeting.Organic Social and Community ManagementOwn the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.Schedule and publish posts, Stories, and Reels in line with brand tone.Engage daily with our community: respond to comments, DMs, and proactively build relationships.Source and curate user-generated content and coordinate with micro-influencers or collaborators.Track organic engagement and grow our social following.Content and CreativeCoordinate with our content agency to adapt assets for paid campaigns and organic channels.Ensure all creative is correctly formatted, scheduled, and published.Maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with our brand guidelines.Share performance feedback with the content agency to inform future content development.Key Skills and Experience3+ years experience in digital marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.Proven track record managing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google).Strong understanding of organic social media best practices.Confident using Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social scheduling tools.Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for visual storytelling.Comfortable working independently and reporting results transparently.Experience with influencer outreach and community engagement is a plus.Contract and ScopePart-time, 2 days a week. in-office role based in London.To ApplyPlease share:Your CV or portfolio of campaigns and social accounts you’ve managed.A short note explaining why you’re a fit for SRVC’s aesthetic and ambitions.
