Junior Sous Chef , youll play a pivotal role in supporting the Sous and Head Chef, contributing to the preparation and execution of our Mediterranean-focused menu. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a professional and collaborative kitchen, working in one of Londons most iconic locations.Junior Sous responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes.Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu offerings.Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.Train and mentor junior members of the team.Manage kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs.Junior Sous requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or club.Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and a strong understanding of its ingredients and techniques.A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to teamwork.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:
