Limpsfield Road is supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge in a supported living home. The service is located very close to Warlingham village with a local Sainsbury''s and other restaurants, cafés and pubs. Nearest train stations are Whyteleafe, Caterham, Sanderstead and Croydon, with local buses frequently running to these areasThis is a hands-on role. Support the Service Manager to recruit new employees and develop and manage your staff team in a fair and consistent manner.
