Service Architect - Inside IR35 - SC Cleared. SR2 are engaging a Service Architect as part of an overarching programme of work. The Service Architect will ensure that new or changed services are designed and transitioned into operational support effectively, with all readiness criteria met and the appropriate artefacts delivered in line with the organisation’s Service Design and Transition processes.Responsibilities

Produce and manage a comprehensive Service Design Pack (SDP).Define and document Service Acceptance Criteria (SAC) to govern successful service handover.Lead the development and review of the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) and Final Operational Readiness Review (FORR) artefacts.Identify and define Service Building Blocks, ensuring they are reusable, scalable, and compliant with operational standards.Collaborate closely with delivery and operational teams to ensure that services are transitioned smoothly and meet all supportability criteria.Seniority level
