Continuous Improvement EngineerLocation: Hayes (On-site)Salary: Up to £55k - DOE Working Pattern: Monday Friday, Days - 8am to 4pm As a key member of the Engineering team, you ll take ownership of improvement activity across defined production areas. Your focus will be on equipment performance, process optimisation, and structured problem-solving. You ll bring hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical, and basic control systems, with the ability to understand and interpret complex manufacturing processes.
