The role focuses on delivering high-quality structural and surveying services for small to medium-sized schemes, with a strong emphasis on inspections, surveys, reporting and the development of practical, well-considered structural designs. It suits an experienced engineer who is comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams when required. The successful candidate will bring a broad understanding of construction, spanning low-rise residential buildings, historic and traditional structures, and modern reinforced concrete and steelwork. The position involves regular site visits, so flexibility to travel locally and a high standard of written communication are essential.
