Marketing Coordinator
Our Tamworth based client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
They are seeking a highly organised and creative candidate to support a wide range of traditional and digital marketing activities. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day marketing operations, content management, and campaign coordination.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date content across digital platforms, managing product launch uploads, coordinating marketing stock and banner inventories, supporting campaign planning, and assisting with events and internal communications. The role also involves contributing to social media planning, YouTube and podcast scheduling, and market and competitor research.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will need to have/be:
- Experience in a marketing coordinator role
- Proven experience in both online and offline marketing
- Familiar with event admin support, stock control, and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Podcasts)
- Understanding of marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences
- Well-organised, reliable, and hardworking; able to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset for idea generation
- Self-motivated and proactive with an analytical approach
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience using project management tools such as (url removed) (desirable)
- Marketing degree or CIM qualification (desirable)

- Salary: -27, 000 - -31, 000
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Location: Tamworth (full time on site)

Role of Marketing Coordinator:
- Maintain and update marketing content across digital platforms
- Coordinate product launch uploads via project management tools
- Monitor and replenish marketing stock levels as needed
- Manage promotional material inventory, including artwork updates, supplier orders, and internal distribution
- Organise branded clothing orders for new and existing team members
- Support planning and delivery of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, including budgeting
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Assist with advertising schedules and marketing bookings
- Monitor shared marketing and social inboxes
- Track project details, deadlines, and budgets using project management software
- Provide support with internal and external event coordination
- Research and suggest content ideas for digital platforms (e.g. social media, podcasts, video)
- Schedule and coordinate content for digital media channels
- Assist with social media planning and engagement
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Produce monthly activity reports with campaign results and personal insights
- Carry out additional tasks to support smooth business operations
