SALARY: 35,235 - 39,513 + 3,000 welcome payment TYPE: PERMANENT TEAM: Adult Social Care HOURS: Full time (Monday to Friday) 36 hours Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, professionally confident Social Workers who enjoy fast paced work and who have experience of working with adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs and older adults. This role has the benefit of having a wide variety of adult social work, including Care Act Assessments and support planning, using a Strength Based approach, CHC and s117 work, Section 42 Enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments and Community DoLS.
