We are seeking a full-time Head of Physics to join our successful and thriving subject team.As Head of Physics, you will lead and develop the department, enhance the role and contribution of Physics at the academy, and work with experienced, reflective, and enthusiastic subject specialists. You will help raise student attainment and achievement, monitor progress, and foster staff development to ensure all students experience a well-taught and ambitious curriculum.Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Physics department and raise student attainment and achievement within the faculty.Monitor and support student progress and foster staff development to meet department aims.Collaborate with a team of subject specialists to maintain high standards of behaviour and discipline.What We Offer
