The Role

As an Associate, you''ll play a pivotal role in delivering expert legal advice while handling a varied and dynamic workload. Key responsibilities include:Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, and private placementsSupporting private equity and investment transactionsManaging cases across corporate finance, joint ventures, and securities offeringsDrafting key legal documents with commercial precision and minimal supervisionDeveloping strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for business growthSupporting and mentoring junior colleagues

Requirements

To be considered you will be an England and Wales qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with 2-4 PQE. The ideal candidate will have:A strong understanding of corporate finance, private equity, and transactional workCommercial awareness with exceptional communication skillsA proactive approach, managing tasks efficiently under time pressuresA collaborative mindset with confidence in working alongside senior professionalsThe ability to build lasting client relationships and drive business development
