Senior Project Architect / Associate opportunity in London with progression to Associate. Focus on large-scale commercial projects, sustainable design, and team leadership within a growing, employee-owned practice.As part of the collaborative practice, you’ll work with high-profile clients on innovative developments from ambitious new builds to sensitive restorations, designing spaces that inspire, create sustainable communities, and craft buildings for everyone to enjoy.Responsibilities
You will lead on major projects and influence design direction and delivery.You will gain experience across the full lifecycle, from early concepts through to handover.You will contribute to sustainable and retrofit-focused design, tackling current challenges in the built environment.You will benefit from structured mentoring, training, and development programmes to support your long-term progression.About You
We are looking for an architect with at least five years of experience and strong project leadership skills. You should have a proven track record in the design and delivery of commercial office projects. Excellent technical detailing within a 3D BIM environment is essential, alongside a solid understanding of UK planning processes and building regulations. You will have experience preparing tender and construction packages, strong design ability, and the confidence to present ideas directly to clients. An interest in sustainable commercial design and retrofit trends will make you an ideal fit for this role.What You’ll Be Working On
